Day 4 & 5

So... Unfortunately it was back to reality for me, off to work I went on Tuesday and Wednesday, so there wasn't much time to spend with Annabel and explore the roads!
Fortuntely though, I do have a couple of photos to share with you!

I had to show you the size of the boot! Small cars often simply that, SMALL! (Including their boots!) I have been quite impressed with how much I can fit into Annabel's boot (you might even say she is 'Bootilicious!') I managed to comfortably fit in an Overnight bag, a pair of heels, a pair of wedges, uggies, hand bag, beauty case, and a number of mystery boyfriend owned items!

You may remember my little adventure to Wheel & Barrow (Day 3 With Annabel)... Here is the result of my trip! My cupcakes that I made for my Dad for his birthday. He is a keen fisherman and was very proud when I told him that I had made 'fish' cakes, especially for his birthday!

Todays Favourite Annabel Feature
Zipping about town for work I get to use my new favourite feature to it's full potential!
When you come to a complete stop with your foot on the break, at traffic lights for example, she turns off! The air-conditioning and stereo etc. stay on, just the engine turns off. When you lift your foot off the break, she starts again and by the time you get it to the accelerator, she's ready to take off! It's to help limit fuel consumption and this modern technology is pretty exciting to use! There is a button on the dash if you decided to switch this feature off as well - who doesn't love options AND saving cash at the same time!

Annabel and Cupkate | Day3

So today was back to work, but one of the beauties of having my own business is that when I get brain fried from sitting on the computer, I can take some time out!(Sometimes anyway) Especially when there is a fabulous Audi A1 named Annabel sitting in the driveway!

Anticipating Dad's birthday (12th July) I decided to venture to Wheel & Barrow at Ferry Rd Markets for cupcake making supplies, and mum was keen to expereince Annabel's brilliance, so it was decided.

I also had the chance to quickly put together a CD before we left as I had only used the radio so far. I'm not going to tell you what was on the CD because generally speaking, my passengers don't always give me credit for my song choices! However, I love the feature where the songs pop up on the little screen so you can see their names and easily select to yours ear's pleasure! It also has an SD slot, so you can load up your SD card with media (songs, clips and movies!) and play them through the car - I know you're thinking 'WOW! This is so awesome!" I got pretty excited when I worked this out too!

Today's Favourite Annabel Feature

So I have kind of already answered this one... But defintely all of the different media options you have and how easy they are to use. You can also run your mobile phone through the system - This isn't set up on Annabel yet, as she is a demo for the Audi Centre Gold Coast and she doesn't really have an owner :( -I know, it makes me sad too.

Me and Annabel! Day 2

I have this re-occurring dream where I have this amazing wardrobe (similar to Carrie's in SATC) but the racks are motorised and I press a button and they move around so I can select my clothes. Everything is hung (I hate folded clothes!) And my shoes have their own little homes. It's always so devastating when I wake up to find it wasn't real! So Sunday morning the first thing I did was check that Annabel was real- once that was confirmed, it was time to work out how to give her breakfast (fuel). 20 mins later and still no sign of opening the fuel cap, I decided to ask Michael for some help. Sure enough all you do is press the fuel cap and it pops open. So glad I didn't wait until I got to the petrol station!

Sunday was such a beautiful day on the Gold Coast, the perfect opportunity to take Annabel for a cruise! Starting with brunch at Burleigh with Mike, then lunch with my family at Harrigan's Irish Pub at Calypso Bay. It was great taking the A1 for a drive up the M1 and getting to play with the cruise control. It's so smooth to ride in, and driving on my own meant I could turn my music up loud and not get paid out! On the way back I went a different way home, through windy roads. This was a really good chance to see how Annabel went on the corners etc. With the traction control I felt super safe and in control!

Today's Favourite Annabel Feature
Definitely have to say the cruise control. It's really easy to use. You just press one button and flick the switch and taa-dar, it's set. Then you just tap the breaks to turn it off! It also gives you a digital reading of the exact speed you are doing on the dash when you set it, so you can make sure that you are smack bang on the speed limit!

A1 Day1

So it's finally here! I felt like a little girl on Christmas Eve!
I picked up the A1 on Saturday morning from the beautiful new Audi Centre Gold Coast at Southport. Damien and Felix showed me through the car and all of its functions and features to get me through the week!

For those of you who don't also keep up to date with my facebook, I was contacted recently to have an extended test drive of the new Audi A1 and report back about my thoughts. After much deliberating (all of 1 second!) ,I agreed and have been itching for the day when I pick it up since!

So over the next week I will be bringing you lots of updates on the A1 which I have named 'Annabel', and our adventures!

Being a European car, the wipers and indicators are on opposite sides to my Rav, so I was slightly embarrassed when I hadn't even left Audi, and flicked on the wipers! Oopss! Haven't done it since though!

Michael and I had planned to go to the races, as well as the Reds V Crusaders game at Suncorp Stadium on Saturday - the perfect chance to get comfortable with Annabel!
It was soooo comfortable to drive up to Brisbane in, even with two adults in the back. Which I found very surprising for a 2 door car! It was super easy to park, and it's hard to not feel a bit flash when you look at the steering wheel and see the trademark Audi logo!

Today's Favourite Annabel Feature

The automatic head lights! Not only is it great that they just switch on by themselves when they are needed, but when you turn the car off, hop out and lock it, the lights stay on for about another 30seconds. Just enough time to get inside the house without being in complete darkness! Makes finding your house key sooo much easier!

Overall Day 1 in the A1 was lots of fun! (Ok I know that's a little bit lame, but I'm in love and that's what it does to us!)

And I never want to give her back!

Life is Magnifique...

Last week while I was waiting for my tall soy latte at Zarafa's I had a flick through Label magazine. I was very excited to find this full page ad with hair and makeup by yours truely for Sofitel 'Life is Magnifique!'

I have spotted this ad in quite a few magazines, (and also in the elevator at Sofitel Broadbeach!) but this is the first full page!

I also have to say thanks to the guy at Zarafa's for the great coffee, but also for letting me take the magazine with me!

Highlight of My Career!!!

Last night I found out that my work is now featured on Vogue Italia's website! http://www.vogue.it/

Vogue is a magazine that I have always looked up to for inspiration in both my professional life, and for fashion in my personal life. They always seem to hit the nail on the head when it comes to style.

So to find out that my work is now featured on Vogue Italia's website was defintely a defining moment in my makeup career!

A massive thank you (and joint congrats!) also goes to Katreina Emmanuel, the fabulous photographer and creator of this fabulous shoot, Aleesha Darke who did a beautiful job of the hair, and our lovely model Samantha Darke.

ABIA Awards 2011

After a few days off work with friends and family, I'm feeling refreshed and excited to take on part two of 2011!

What a great year I have had so far, and last night proved that my brides are happy too!

I atttended the 2011 ABIA Awards, for the Queensland Bridal Industry with my partner Michael. It was such a great night, and a chance for us to celebrate my last 3 years in business. It was a great feeling to be surrounded by all the other industry professionals who have been voted the best in their field.

After being nominated as a finalist for both the hair and makeup categories I felt extremely proud. The hair and makeup industry is SOOOO competitive with new talent coming through the ranks every year. But for me the awards are not about where I placed in accordance to the next makeup or hair stylist, it's about making my brides happy on the most important day of their life. I'm not going to lie, of course it would have been fabulous to win- but that would be for me.

I am so happy with my results that reflect lots of hard work in doing everything my team and I can, to make all of our brides feel as beautiful as they possibly can on the most important day of their lives!

98.39% (just to show you how high the scores are this put me in 8th position!)

Wedding Links Expo - June 2011

Sunday saw my second wedding expo of the year with the Wedding Links group. I am always a little apprehensive with the Winter expo's as people like to hybernate for the cooler months, and there aren't as many brides out and about! However this Sunday proved me wrong! (Which I was quite happy about!) It was a beautiful day outside and we had a steady stream of eager 'bride and grooms to be' throughout the day!
There were also 3 fashion parades with dresses from many of the exibitors. The hair and makeup looks for the parade were created by me and my team!
I was also very excited to have my booth positioned right across from one of my favourite wedding photographers, Kylie Maree, from Kylie Maree Photography! It worked really well as we were able to refer back and forth to each other.

Thanks to all of the lovely brides, and their very patient grooms (who loved the chocolate and lollies!) for stopping by and taking a minute to hear about what I do. It was great chatting to you all about your big day, and I do hope to hear from you all very soon!

All in all it proved to be a great day!

I am very excited to bring you todays expert interview with Georga of D'Lashes at Southport. Keep reading as Georga answers my questions about eyelashes extensions...

How do D'Lashes eyelash extensions work?
Your eyelashes are made thicker and longer through professional application of an individual synthetic eyelash directly onto your natural lash, with a specially formulated bonding agent.
There are two options of eyelash extensions, Synthetic and Minky. Synthetic lashes have been around for years and this is what most salons use. Whereas Minky lashes are a new range of lashes that were introduced in 2010. They are a lighter weight material which allows us to apply a longer or thicker grafting lash.
What is the application process and how long can I expect them to last for?
The application process is very simple, the procedure will take approximately 1-2 hours for a full set and approximately 30mins to an hour for an infill. It is a meticulous procedure that requires patience and concerntration so therefore it should not be rushed, so the client leaves with a perfect set of lashes. You get to relax with your eyes closed and enjoy your experience. Often clients are so relaxed they fall asleep!
How often should I get them infilled?
I recommend 2-4 weeks between infills. However it all depends on the individual. A real lash life cycle is 25-28 days, and as yours grow and fall out, so will the synthetic ones that are attached.
Do they work for everyone?
Anyone of any age can have eyelash extensions applied as long as there is a natural lash to glue the extension onto. Ladies who have undergone chemotherapy, and their natural lashes are starting to grow back, also love eyelash extensions. They are also suitable for anyone who wears contact lenses or glasses.
How long before my wedding day or special event should I have my eyelashes extensions applied?
If you are getting your eyelashes applied for a special event such as your wedding day, we suggest having them done as close to the event as possible. That way they will be fresher and fuller for your big day!
Can I still wear mascara?
You wont have to! But if you decide that you want to it is recommended that you use an oil free mascara. It is very important that you don't use any oil based products on your lashes as they will cause them to fall out.
What should I look for when deciding on who to book my eyelash extensions?
When you are deciding on who to book for your eyelash extensions, it is important to go with someone who is highly trained in their field. The eyes are a very delicate area and you shouldn't risk quality service. The girls at D'Lashes are all highly trained, extremely professional and love what they do!

I'm very happy to see old school femine elegance is in! At this years logies it was all about beautifully 'clean' skin, defined eyes (it's nice to see the stars giving the smokey eye a rest!) with natural lips. I'm also loving all of the soft natural curls and elegant upstyles!

Samara Weaving from Home and Away looked absolutely beautiful with a soft upstyle to show off the back of her dress, and beautiful natural makeup with defined eyes
What a cute couple! Rebecca Breeds gets my vote for the most beautiful skin!

I always give credit to someone who is brave enough to rock red lipstick in a white dress!! Well done Erin.

PRODUCT REVIEW- JK jemma kidd Liquid Eyeliner

I have been meaning to review this little beauty for a long time now because I had to share with you how much I love it!

This has to be my favourite liquid eyeliner that I have ever used!

As a makeup artist who works predominantly on weddings, longevity it paramount. It is also important to me that it looks fabulous, isn't too thick and doesn't bleed, melt or come off with a few tears.

This one ticks all of the boxes and I recommend it to all of my clients!

It's great for my brides because it stays put all day, so they don't have to deal with 'panda eyes' after I have left. I also wear it myself because I know that after a big day at work it will be exactally where I left it that morning!

Review - Alpha H Concept Store Arundel

A few weeks back now I had to opportunity to experience a facial at Alpha H Arundel.

Have a read of today's post to see what I thought!

While driving to my late afternoon appointment, I decided in my head what exactally what I wanted from this facial. I wanted it to be relaxing - I wasn't in the mood for painful extractions, and I wanted it to make my skin clearer in the days that followed, not break out first. Lets face it who has time for breakouts??

When I arrived I was greeted by the lovely girls at the counter, and was taken into a room with beautifully soft lighting and an enormous comfty massage bed! I popped on my facial robe and snuggled up under the covers. So far so good! First of all, my therpist started with a beautiful 'welcome massage', these are typically done at the start of a facial to relax your breathing and heart rate to allow you to really enjoy the facial. I found this to be great after a busy day at work it really brought me back into the moment and allowed me to stop thinking about work.

Next I had a papaya and pineapple mask (and yes I did want to eat it!) This mask was quite active and was a bit stimulating on the skin but was soothed with an aqua mist that was sprayed onto my face throughouy.

My skin felt really fresh after this one!

Next was my favourite - The rubber mask! This was applied over my whole face excluding my mouth and nose, but yes, it went right over the top of my eyes inlcuding my lashes! The mask goes on wet and once it's set, peels off in one big piece!(which felt incredible!) While the mask was setting I felt a light downward pressure on my face (just the weight of the mask) which was really relaxing! Now, I'm normally someone who gets extremely claustraphobic, and as I felt it go on, I was a little nervous, but I actually really enjoyed it and would happily do it again!

While this was setting, my therapist gave me a relaxing foot massage - this was a little unexpected and I was totally wishing I had given myself a pedicure!

At the end of my facial, my therapist applied a light SPF 30+ moisturiser which was great! There is nothing worse than leaving feeling like your face is an oil slick!

Now most importantly, how was my skin in the days that followed?

It was fabulous! It looked much brigher and hydrated, and I found my makeup looked so much nicer throughout the day. I was also recommened a few take home products to try, which I have been using since. Keep your eyes peeled later in the week to see what I thought of those!

All in all my 'Rebuild and Support' facial was fabulous! And exceeded my expectations!

Sprouting Smiles!

This morning I had to opportunity to do makeup for a very lovely lady, Rah Poolman, for some photos of herself and her family for her business.

I met Rah for the first time about 6 weeks ago when our paths crossed at a business building seminar and I was so inspired by the life she lives.

Rah is the owner of Sprouting Smiles. Sprouting Smiles was founded with the idea that living and raw foods can be for real people, living in the real world. And I tell you what, to all of those people who have ever asked the secret to perfect skin, you need to see Rah! Her skin is divine and it's not because she uses a million skincare products!

From the moment I stepped into her home I felt healthier! I was so intruiged to watch her making breakfast for herself and her son Jade, a smoothie using fruits that I have never eaten! I even got a taste and it was delicious!

Rah also eats a considerabley raw diet, I asked her whether her family do the same. She said not all the time, its not about being on a strict 'Raw' diet, but more about being in tune with what it is that our bodies want. With all of the processed chemically enhanced foods that most of us put in our mouths every day, how do we expect to be able to hear what our body is trying to tell us that it wants???

So today I have made a commitment, thanks to Rah's inspiration to start making small lifestyle changes that will allow me to listen to what it is my body wants!! Being ceolic and lactose intolerant, it is often hard for me to find alternatives that are convenient with my busy lifestyle. So I have decided to do some more reseach and spend more time on preparing my meals rather than getting take away!

I am very thankful to meet such wonderfully inspiring people from all different walks of life everyday in my job. A big thanks to Rah for inspiring me to listen to my body!

Riverwalk Robina

This weeks expert interview is with the very lovely Amanda.

She married Nathan on 12th February 2011 at The Colonial Golf Club Robina

What did you love the most about your wedding hair and makeup?

I would have to say all of it, I felt stunning and thats just what a bride wants to feel on her big day. My makeup was done by Kate and it was everything I could have ever imagined. I have had makeup done before and you can feel like you have a load on and can get really sweaty form it, but Kate and her airbrush makeup it was truley 'AMAZING' , it was so light I forgot I had any on. Kate also looked after my bridesmaids, my mother and mother in-law and even my beautiful flower girls. All the makeup was done to suit each person individually and I loved it!

Laura from Kate McKenna Hair & Makeup did our hair and she was 'FANTASTIC' I had changed my mind on how I wanted to have my Bridesmaids look and only told her morning of the big day, I must say she did an amazing job, it was exactly what I wanted.

Did you have a trial? And did you find this beneficial?

Yes I did have a trial, and recommend everyone to have at least one. I did mine 2-3 weeks before our big day. I found leaving it closer to the wedding date it helped me with deciding as I was so indecisive. Both Laura and Kate were so lovely and very helpful in helping to decided what suited and worked well with me, my veil, headpiece and dress.

Is there anything you would have changed?

Nothing at all.

Do you have any advice for 'brides to be' regarding hair and makeup?

Don't stress yourself out about what style you think you might like just have a few different options, the right hair and makeup team (Kate and Laura) will help you find out what suits you. Do take into account the weather, if its indoor or outdoors, windy, sunny.

Are there any other people in the wedding industry that you found exceptional to deal with and would like to refer other brides too?

The Essential Brush in your Makeup Kit - MishMash Kabuki

Women spend hundreds of dollars every year on makeup products, which to me means that it is all the more important to ensure that you have excellent quality tools to get the most out of your products. This means good quality brushes!

For many of you out there, a kabuki is part of your daily makeup routine, for others, you may have never even heard of it! The kabuki is a firm haired, medium bristle length brush. It usually has a small handle and is super cute! They are used for dry products such as powder, blush and bronzer as well as contouring and highlighting. Personally I like to use mine for powder and bronzers.

Recently I was given the opportunity to have a play with the first brush released from the MishMash Makeup range, the kabuki, and here is what I thought...

Aesthetically this is a great looking brush. Firstly it has a really great design on the outside, and lets be honest, not only do we want our brushes to work for us - we like them to look good too! The outer casing is made of a durable metal - I think this is very important as our brushes live a tough life being thrown in and out of bags, being dropped and getting used day in, day out! When you remove the lid there is also a retractable casing around the bristels.

Now I have to admit when I read on the packaging that it is 100% synthetic I was a tiny bit disappointed, I have always been one to opt for sable (animal hair) brushes, mostly because they tend to stay softer for longer and seem to hold together a lot better - which means value for money. However I have been extremely impressed! It doesn't feel at all like a synthetic brush and is extremly soft! (I even caught my boyfriend brushing it on the back of his hand in awe at how soft it was!) I also washed it a number of times in water and shampoo and allowed it to dry (as I do with all of my brushes) and I am yet to see it loose a hair!

Ok so now for the important bit... How does it perform while applying makeup???

It's great! The product goes on evenly, but still allows for building up. The versatility is fabulous! It's perfect for every makeup kit. You only need one brush for powder, blush/bronzer and highlighter or contouring. I used the brush fully retracted for powder as I was covering the whole face, for blush, bronzer and contour/highlighting, I needed to by more specific with where the product was going so I retracted in by only about 1/4.

Another great bonus, if you fully retract the brush , swirl it around in your powder, tap the base on the bench, and close it back up - you can put it in your bag for touching up your makeup throughout the day!

Overall the Mish Mash Makeup Kabuki is a WINNER!! With an opening price of just $19.95 (RRP is $32.95) I recommend buying this one right now!

I can't wait for the rest of the range to be released!

La'Bouqui Hair Design Opening

On Saturday afternoon I had the pleasure of doing the makeup (along with my lovely new assistant Leah) for the dancers who performed at the opening of La'Bouqui Hair Design at Paradise Point.

Not only was it the official opening of this beautiful salon, but also a Worlds Greatest Shave event. The donations jar was full to the brim and there were plenty of people willing to paint their hair fluro in the name of cancer!

I am always so inspired when I see other young business women taking the plunge into building their own business and Angela is no exception. It is amazing to see what she has created at such a young age and her passion is infectious!

I highly recommend going along to see the girls at La'Bouqui for your next hair service. I am certain that you will be more than happy with the service you recieve!

Where was your wedding?

What did you love the most about your wedding makeup?

I loved how natural I looked.I hardly ever wear makeup. I don't wear it everyday so I was a bit worried that I wouldn't look like myself but that wasn't the case.

Did you have a trial? If so did you find it beneficial?

I did have a trial about 4 months before my wedding day and everything was perfect on the big day. It was beneficial to me because as mentioned before I don't wear makeup so this gave me the opportunity to see Kates work and how everything would be done on the day.

Is there anything you would have changed?

No not at all. Kate was so lovely and nice and really made me, my bridesmaids and my mum feel comfortable.

Do you have any advice for brides to be regarding hair and makeup?

I would say to defintely have a trial and speak up if there is anything you don't want or like. Everyone is only trying to help you and make your day exactly what you want. Only go with people and companies that you feel happy with.

Are there any other people in the wedding industry that you found exceptional to deal with and would like to refer to other brides?

Everyone that was a part of my wedding was fantastic. To start with Kate was amazing!

Kate uses airbrush foundation which is amazing, our makeup was perfect. I cannot thank Kate enough on the amazing job she did on our hair and makeup, everything went so well on the day and I truely believe that Kate created the perfect start to the perfect day!!!

Whether it's slick, tight and twisted, soft and braided, high or low - there is a style to suit everyone! Have a look through these pics and have a play with your own hair to see whats comfortable for you.

If you are like me and you have short hair but still want to rock a high bun, you can always use a 'sponge' hair piece from your local Hairhouse Warehouse or Price Attack. These can easily be hidden within your bun and covered with your hair to give the illusion that you have long hair too!

WOWIE! What a week is has been so far!

Sunday I spent the day chatting to many brides to be with the help of my dear friend Elle at the Wedding Links Expo at the Gold Coast Arts Centre. We got to meet some lovely couples and here all of their plans for their big day! I also did the makeup for the fashion parades throughout the day which were a huge success! Stay tuned for some photos and the winner of my $100 voucher!

On Monday I spent most of the day shooting for a lovely lingerie label called Sally Jones. Based here on the Gold Coast with offices in Europe, UK, Japan and USA, they have a fabulous range with many beautiful pieces! It was great to be apart of such a beautiful brand. Working alongside the very talented Ali Mitton as photographer, I am sure the images with be fabulous!

Tuesday and today have seen me working with Element Clothing on their new look book for their Eden (female) range. It was great to work with this excellent team again and you should defintely keep your eyes peeled later in the year for some AWESOME new pieces they are bringing out! I have already made a list of what I want when they are released!

I hope that all of my readers are having a good week and keeping dry, especially those of you in Brisbane and the other areas affected by these awful weather conditions.

So here I am again! The last day of my working year!

I would like to take a minute to say a massive thank you to everyone who I have worked with over the past year. I have loved being a part of every Wedding, Photo shoot, Birthday, Christmas Party and event this year, including meeting some really amazing people!

Thanks to everyone who reads my blog, has joined my facebook page and told all their friends how much they like my work!

Kustom Summer Campaign 2011

The last two days I have been working on the Summer Campaign for Kustom Footwear!

It was such an amazing experience, I had so much fun!!

The concept was a road trip with 4 fashion bloggers from Melbourne,

The hair and makeup look was extremly natural, with fresh dewy skin - achieved through airbrush appliation, soft cheeks ( I used MAC Harmony with a MAC minerlize highlight on the cheek bones), defined eyebrows (inglot brow set) , natural pearl eyeshadow, finished off with soft highlighting under the brows and in the inner corner of the eye. Lips were lined with a rose Stilla lipliner finished off with a clear gloss.

Hair was also really natural. Soft waves on the first day, with a slight variation on the second.

It was so great to be sorrounded by so many creative and talented people!

I can't wait to see the results! Also a big thanks to Pia!

Formals...

the Gold Coast. With school wrapping up this week for all of the year 12's there are plenty of formals on, which means I'm super busy!

Last week...

Wow how the past 2 weeks since my last post have flow by!

5 photo shoots, Natalie and Abbie's weddings, plus trials and other clients left right and centre! And that was just last week!

I also had the opportunity to work with two new photographers.
Firstly Jenni from Jenni Lorraine Photography. We worked on two shoots together last week, one for a lovely lady wanting to get back into some acting after a few years out of the business and the other for a mother and daughter having some portraits for Christmas gifts.

On Wednesday I also got to work with Ali Mitten for a photoshoot due to be submitted to a magazine (stay tuned). The only way to descride this shoot is AMAZING! The creative collaboration really came together and we really nailed the look we were after. A very special mention goes out to the stylist Kate who was fabulous! I have never worked with a stylist as creative and inspiring as Kate. I really wish that I could post some behind the scenes pictures up for you to have a look at but I have to keep these ones close to my chest for now!

I also went along to see the Valentino Retrospective Exhibition at the Queensland Art Gallery. I got in last minute (the final day!) and it seemed a lot of other people had the same idea! The expo was beautiful. It was great to see Valentinos work from his first pieces to his latest collection. Aside from his animal print collection, any of the pieces would be just as amazing to wear now as they were when they were first created. I feel very blessed to have had the opportunity to see all of these beautiful pieces by a true artist. Unfortuntely photo's weren't allowed!

Melbourne Cup 2010

I had a great day yesterday working on Melbourne Cup at Room81 at the Sofitel in Broadbeach.

I got to work with Erin, Julia, Lesley, Mercedes, Fern, Tyson and Justin from Division as well as both of the Kirstens!

It was a really fun day and the girls looked great!

The makeup look was fresh dewy skin, with a defined eye. The colours I used on the eye were MAC era and embark as well as a black eyeshadow from Inglot. I then used MAC black gel liner on the top lash line smudged out and into the socket.

Underneath I used a black kohl pencil also smudged.

I highlighted the brow bone and inner corner of the eye with a light pink pigment from Inglot.

I finished it off with a peach lipstick and clear gloss.
